ALL THE FEE ABOVE IS 100% payable upfront and in advance befvore date of hearing or commencement of work. Incase of failure to get matter admitted in Court, the client is entitled to settle that hearing fee already paid as hearing fee in Appeal or in alternate the client is entitled to refund back of 60% of the hearing fee paid by him.
